Default Problem with 110volt charging unit

My unit trip all the time when the battery is charge at 98% then it is impossible to get a remote start while it is connected to the wall for cold start. Why the B light of the charging unit flash red and does not allow a charge?

Anyone has the same problem?

Do you happen to know if you have a 20 amp circuit at the wall? Also, is your cord getting hot on the charger? I used an extension cord with the charger yesterday that in theory was rated to the capacity of the charger, but it still got very hot in a short time. I have a 12 gauge 25 foot chord that works fine. I feel GM should have put a longer 12 gauge cord on the wall side of the charger. The size of the cord would suggest to the consumer that I'd better use a heavy duty cord with this puppy as it draws a lot of juice.
