Center Console Screen Froze Up

Hi All,

I am new to the group. Took delivery on a new left over 2012 on March 1. I have about 2400 miles on it so far, and problems are starting to show up.

Has anyone had the center console screen freeze up while in navigation mode? I was in the middle of a trip and it froze up and would not give me any more navigation instructions. Thankfully On Star was able to take over.

About an hour later it corrected itself. Any guidance would be appreciated.

I bought a new 12 five weeks ago 2000 miles on her so far and friday on the way home my center stack froze with a black rectangle on it stopping me from selecting anything behind it. It did not clear until i got home i shut it down and locked the door left it for 1 minute and booted her up again and nothing since. My lockup was definently bluetooth related as i was on a call that dropped and steering wheel bluetooth button would not work.

Regards,
Mountie

center stack froze on onstar tbt screen

I just got a new 2013 volt on July 30. When I tried the OnStar virtual advisor, my destination sent from map quest isn't stored. I canceled navigation but the central stack frozed on Connect, OnStar, hangup screen. After my trip I power off and power on to get rid off the screen. Any ideas what is wrong ?

Hi not sure I've had no lock ups since that one I mentioned above. My virtual advisor has never ever worked which is crap onstar has been trying to get it working forever and nothing. I hate having things on my cars that don't work. Onstars app and turn by turn have been the only negative with the volt. I do love this vehicle though.
