WARREN, Mich. (August 3, 2010) —It’s not air conditioning, but it is a breeze you might appreciate just the same on a hot August day. General Motors commemorated the 30th anniversary of the Aerodynamics Laboratory in Warren. The wind tunnel is one of the largest ever constructed for automotive use. It features a 4,500-hp motor and 43-foot fan that can create wind speeds in excess of 130 miles per hour.
